2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Welding Repairs: Repairs for various metal items and structures using professional welding techniques.
  • Fabrication: Custom metal fabrication for both decorative and functional purposes, including gates, railings, furniture, and more.

3. Custom Orders & Fabrication

  • Consultation: Custom orders, including fabrication projects, require a consultation to discuss design, materials, and specifications.
  • Approval: After the design consultation, a final blueprint or design will be sent for your approval before work begins.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin production or fabrication.
  • Completion Time: Estimated completion times will be discussed but may vary depending on the complexity of the project and material availability.
  • Revisions: Any revisions after the design approval may result in additional fees or delays.

4. Welding Repairs

  • Scope: We offer welding repair services for a variety of metal items, including (but not limited to) furniture, gates, fences, and structural components.
  • Evaluation: All repair projects will be evaluated, and you will be provided with a quote before any work is started.
  • Limitations: Not all items may be repairable depending on the condition of the metal or the type of damage. In such cases, we will notify you of alternative options.
  • Warranties on Repairs: We provide a 3-month warranty on welding repairs against workmanship defects. This does not cover additional damage caused after the repair or misuse of the item.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper use, modification, or failure of the item after repair.

5. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Welding repairs and fabrication services will be quoted based on the scope of work.
  • Payment Methods: We accept All Payment Forms. Custom orders and fabrication projects require full payment or a percentage deposit before work begins.
  • Taxes: Sales tax will be applied where applicable.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping: We ship metal art and fabricated items to [regions/countries]. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • -Lead Time: Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days unless otherwise specified. Custom orders and fabrication projects may take longer.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees required by their country.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns: Custom metal art, fabrication, and welding repair services are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery or completion.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or if a repaired item fails due to workmanship within the warranty period, you must notify us within [1-2] days with photographic proof, and we will work to replace, repair, or address the issue.
  • Cancellations: Custom orders and fabrication projects can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. For welding repair services, cancellations must be made before the work has begun. Deposits for custom or fabrication work are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued for defective products or items damaged during shipping, or if the repair fails due to workmanship issues within the warranty period.

8. Warranty & Care

  • Warranty for Welding Repairs: We offer a 3-month warranty on welding repairs for workmanship defects.
  • Care Instructions: Metal items should be cleaned and maintained according to the instructions provided. Exposure to the elements may cause rust or tarnishing over time, and proper care should be taken to preserve the item.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website and social media channels are the intellectual property of Ignite Precision LLC. Reproduction or use of our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including welding repairs and fabrication work. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount paid for the service or item purchased.
