Refund policy

Returns: Custom metal art, fabrication, and welding repair services are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery or completion.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or if a repaired item fails due to workmanship within the warranty period, you must notify us within 1-2 days with photographic proof, and we will work to replace, repair, or address the issue.
Cancellations: Custom orders and fabrication projects can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. For welding repair services, cancellations must be made before the work has begun. Deposits for custom or fabrication work are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued for defective products or items damaged during shipping, or if the repair fails due to workmanship issues within the warranty period.
